Good Bowls are based on the Mediterranean diet with a Southern twist. Good Bowls integrate southern staple foods like collard greens, sweet potatoes, peppers, corn, and beans into our recipe. Because Good Bowls are locally-sourced, the ingredients are unique to their location and the food is prepared in exciting, innovative ways, consistent with the healthful Mediterranean diet. They are rich in healthy fats, such as olive oil and canola oil, and use spices (instead of excessive salt) to create unique, flavorful tastes in every bowl. Good Bowls offers vegan, vegetarian, meat-based, and gluten-free options!

FAQs

Do you offer vegan or vegetarian options?

Yes, our Curry Bowl is both vegan and vegetarian. Its main source of protein for the meal comes from chickpeas (garbanzo beans) and tofu sauteed in a spicy coconut curry sauce.

Are your products gluten-free?

None of our products contain gluten, however, they are produced in facilities that may have traces of gluten.

Do you have a dairy-free option?

Yes, our Chicken Burrito-Style Bowl and our veggie bowl with Coconut Curry Sauce are both dairy free.

Where is the meat from?

We use organic and humanely raised meat, with no added growth hormones or antibiotics. We buy from local farmers whenever product is available.
